ENDURING POWERS OF ATTORNEY PRESENTATION

Ever wondered what will happen if you become unable to look after yourself or make decisions about your own affairs? Can someone help you look after your affairs? If so, who? What do you need to do if you want someone to help look after your affairs?

Enduring Powers of Attorney is a legal document that allows you to give someone the authority to manage your personal and financial affairs on your behalf if you become unable to make decisions for yourself.

Not having enduring powers of attorney in place can cause your relatives and you a lot of stress in future. It could also result in someone you are not comfortable with managing your personal and financial affairs on your behalf.

Ashika Bali, solicitor based in the Hutt Valley, will be presenting a seminar on Enduring Powers of Attorney addressing the above questions, and more!

This seminar is kindly hosted by the Pinehaven Progressive Association.

When: 7.30pm Tuesday 24 November
Where: PPA Community Hall, 7A Forest Road, Pinehaven, Upper Hutt
RSVP: by email to abali@abali.co.nz
